In this playful, hands-on workshop, you'll learn an accessible Thai massage sequence using assisted stretches, rhythmic pressure, movement, and efficient body mechanics. The emphasis is on giving with less effort - developing skillful touch that feels connecting and sustainable for both giver and receiver.
Come solo or with a partner. No experience necessary.
