workshops
Experiential learning spaces for growth, communication, and relational skill-building.
Workshops are one of the primary ways this work comes to life. Each experience blends emotional skill-building, self-exploration, and real-time practice — creating spaces where participants can learn new ways of communicating, connecting, and showing up.
Offerings range from public workshops to private trainings and custom-designed experiences for groups of all sizes.
Workshops are offered in both public and private formats, virtually and in-person.
workshop themes
While each workshop is unique, most offerings explore one or more of the following themes:

Workshops exploring how to identify and relate to feelings with greater clarity. Participants learn to distinguish emotions from thoughts, pause before assigning “why,” and normalize anxiety as part of the human experience — including recognizing when fear may accompany growth rather than signal something is wrong.
Anxiety & Emotional Awareness

boundaries & healthy giving
Workshops examining boundaries as an extension of needs — not demands placed on others, but commitments we make to ourselves. Participants explore the psychology of over-giving, people-pleasing patterns, and how to act in alignment with what truly matters while modeling courageous, sustainable care for self and others.

Rooted in Nonviolent Communication, these workshops focus on connecting with ourselves and others at the level of feelings and underlying needs. Participants practice discerning observation from interpretation, linking feelings to needs, and communicating requests or boundaries with clarity — while remaining flexible about how needs ultimately get met.
Communication & Conflict

empowerment & authenticity
Experiences designed to help participants reclaim voice, agency, and self-trust. Drawing from themes of giving, needs awareness, and communication, these workshops explore how insecurity and “not enoughness” shape our lives — and how empowerment grows through honest expression and aligned action.
reframing anxiety
An intellectual, reflective, and practical exploration of anxiety — examining how fear operates psychologically and relationally. Participants learn to normalize anxiety, recognize emotional curation, separate thoughts from feelings, and relate to fear as information rather than limitation.
Don't Take it Personally
A foundational introduction to Nonviolent Communication, focused on understanding emotional languaging and reactivity. Participants learn to distinguish observation from interpretation, connect feelings to needs, and communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
Roadmap To Happy
An experiential workshop focused on identifying core needs and learning how to proactively get them met. Participants explore the difference between requests and demands, preferences and attachment — building the skills to pursue fulfillment through clear communication, boundaries, and self-trust rather than relying on specific outcomes or strategies.
The language of giving
A deep dive into the psychology of giving, people-pleasing, and sustainable care. Participants explore the consequences of overextension, how insecurity permeates Western culture, how to reframe self-fulfillment, and how boundaries support both personal well-being and authentic generosity.
