MEN'S WORK
Honest connection - Relational courage - Growth in community
Men's Work via Skillful Warriors is a space for honesty, courage, and connection. In a culture that often rewards performance over presence, these gatherings offer men the chance to slow down, speak directly, and practice being real with each other.
Whether through our weekly virtual circle or future in-person intensives, the intention is always the same: develop emotional clarity, build relational skills, and embody the kind of integrity that comes being being aligned with what is most important.

WEEKLY VIRTUAL CIRCLE
A gently facilitated, virtual circle every Monday evening where men have the option to share, listen, and practice being real in a welcoming space. Always open, always free.

ONE-DAY INTENSIVES
A curated series of in-person workshops designed to deepen emotional awareness, direct communication, and relational courage through experiential practice - and a bit of laughter.

RETREAT EXPERIENCES
Immersive, multi-day gatherings that combine vulnerable circle work, embodied practice, ritual, and community to support meaningful growth, connection, and long-lasting inspiration.
What happens in the circle
overview:
The weekly Men’s Circle is a virtual, drop-in style gathering designed to be accessible, encouraging, and honest with the best intentions.
Every circle has the same three parts:
-
A short, guided meditation, perhaps some breathwork.
-
The opportunity to go through a 3-by-3 check-in.
-
An open space to share what is real (we welcome proud moments as well as conflicting ones), to listen with an open heart, and give feedback with consent. All three roles start with emotional awareness and self-responsibility.
Always open, always free.
**Anyone who identifies as a man is welcome at every circle.
circle agreements:
-
What is said remains confidential
-
Sharing is always optional
-
Speak from your own experience
-
Listen with respect and honesty
-
While naturally therapeutic, it is not therapy — it is support, connection, and learning how to be more accepting of ourselves
These agreements allow the circle to remain open, safe, and supportive.
The 3-by-3 check-in:
A natural extension of the meditation, here is where we dryly list things we notice in the present moment without explanation, justification, etc.:
-
Three things we externally sense
-
Three physical sensations
-
Three (or more) feelings/emotions
