Men's Field Trip & Circle Up

Optimal Healing hosts a free, monthly men's circle on the fourth Friday of every month. Join us for a field trip up north for the circle and post-circle dinner!

Optimal Healing description: This gathering invites men from all walks of life to step away from the pressures of daily responsibilities and come together in community to explore the experiences, challenges, and transitions that shape who we are. Through the practice of holding space for one another, participants will have the opportunity to share openly, listen deeply, and gain insight from the collective wisdom of the group. Whether you come to process, witness, or simply be in the company of other like-minded men, your presence is valued. Come as you are and join us in creating a meaningful foundation for this emerging community of brotherhood. Facilitated by Simeon Bittman, Clinician.
