Join us for a weekly, check-in style drop-in group just for men. Justin & Co. will gently co-facilitate, creating a space to ground, share, and connect to emotions, to each other, and to what is most important for each of us.
This space is designed to be accessible, simply show up as you are, as vulnerable as you need to be.
