Skillful touch - Sustainable connection - Presence in practice
Thai Massage is a dynamic, hands-on practice rooted in mindfulness, movement, and connection. Blending assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, and breath awareness, this tradition invites both practitioner and receiver into a deeply embodied experience.
My approach integrates traditional Thai techniques with a modern understanding of body mechanics, relational awareness, and sustainable giving — teaching practitioners how to offer care with clarity, confidence, and ease.

My philosophy
Two Principles of Giving:
1. Let it be easy
2. Let it be caring
From these two principles, everything else follows.
Giving does not require depletion. The most skillful giving is mutually sustaining — grounded in clarity rather than effort, and care rather than performance. When we release the habit of over-trying and instead move from alignment, both technique and connection deepen. Whether through Thai Massage or in the broader work of communication and relationship, the practice is the same: give in a way that feels sustainable, embodied, and true.

overview
This experiential workshop centers on skillful touch, accessible technique, efficient body mechanics, and the deeper art of giving without overextension.
Whether offered as a 2–4 hour introduction, a two-part immersion, or a full-day intensive, the core principles remain the same: let it be easy, and let it be caring.
Participants learn foundational Thai Massage techniques practiced fully clothed on the ground, including seated, prone, and supine positioning. We refine alignment, leverage, and smooth transitions while developing intuitive pacing and confident touch — cultivating a style of giving that feels sustainable and grounded for both giver and receiver.
This workshop can be adapted for beginners, yoga teachers, couples, or wellness professionals. The format may change; the philosophy does not.
Intro Workshop (2-4 hours)
A practical introduction to core Thai Massage techniques, positioning, and body mechanics, focused on high-impact areas such as neck, shoulders, back, hips, and feet.
Two-Part Immersion
A structured progression exploring seated, prone, and supine sequences in greater depth. Each workshop can stand alone or combine to form a cohesive full-body flow.
Full-Day Intensive
An expanded format allowing for extended practice, refined transitions, deeper sequencing, and integration of philosophy with hands-on technique.
**All workshops are available as public events or private classes.
