Monday Connection Call:
We'll start with check-ins and grounding followed by group discussion and sharing in response to these 4 questions:
- What are you grateful for?
- What challenge will you choose to face?
- What energy do you want to bring?
- What support do you need?
Group Agreements:
- What is said on the call stays on the call
- You can choose to pass
- Focus on your experience (facts vs. stories)
- This is not therapy -- it's support and connection
