Weekly Men's Circle
This gently-facilitated hour gives men a space to share, connect, and feel the benefits of mutual support. Equal parts vulnerable and accessible, simply show up as you are. Confidentially is important and sharing is always optional. These groups are free and open to anyone who identifies as a man.

About the Event
Join us for a weekly, check-in style drop-in group just for men. Jeremy and Justin will gently co-facilitate, creating a space to ground, share, and connect to emotions, to each other, and to what is most important for each of us.
This space is designed to be accessible, simply show up as you are, as vulnerable as you need to be.
These groups are free and open to anyone who identifies as a man. The only commitment is agreeing to the following:
- What is said on the call stays on the call
- You can choose to pass
- Focus on your experience
- This is not therapy -- it is support and connection
